What's the difference between a recurring clean and a deep clean?
A recurring clean maintains your home on a set schedule. Think of it as upkeep. A deep clean is more intensive and covers areas that routine visits don't reach: inside appliances, behind furniture, detailed grout work, vent covers, and baseboards. Most clients start with a deep clean, then transition to recurring service.
How long does each service take?
A recurring clean typically takes 2-3 hours for a standard home. Deep cleans run 4-6 hours depending on size and condition. Move-in/out cleans generally take 4-8 hours. We stay until the job meets our standard, not until the clock runs out.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. We bring all of our own professional-grade, eco-friendly supplies and equipment. If you have a specific product preference or a surface that requires special treatment, just let us know and we'll accommodate.
Can I customize what's included in my service?
